About the Group:
Fatherhood can be both rewarding and challenging. Dad Strong is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) support group designed specifically for dads looking to enhance their emotional well-being and parenting skills. In this group, you’ll learn practical DBT tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships with your children and partner.
Led by Dr. Sean Harris, a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in DBT and a parent himself, this group offers a safe and supportive environment where fathers can openly share their experiences and challenges. Dr. Harris uses evidence-based strategies to help you apply DBT skills in real-life situations, empowering you to be the father you want to be.
